What A Weekend

I am very fond of lists, so I suppose I will make a list of everything good that has happened in the previous few days.

Listo Numero Uno - EMYC:
- Being able to do homework alongside the most beautiful sound ever created: human voices.
- Spending time being quieter than I usually am via losing my voice; definitely not the worst case scenario.
- Randomly doing gymnastics/figure skating/yoga/stupid things late Saturday evening.
- Eating amazing food for free all weekend.
- Becoming friends with, and being able to laugh and joke with, the 12 amazing girls that were in my 'cabin' for two nights.
- Smiling almost all of the time.
- Not having to wear makeup (like I feel obliged to do at school, thanks to every single female in every one of my classes coming to school looking like a model every day. I do understand this is giving in to peer pressure).
- Traipsing around in beautiful fall scenery with my beautiful best friend... and sliding down a slide that I thought was completely off-limits, but actually wasn't, and then was not as fun to slide down anymore.
- Sitting around a huge fire for hours. (This is one of my favourite things to do of ALL TIME.)
- Being able to actually hold a kitty. I really need a kitty.
- Listening to an adorable little three-year-old girl talk her way through various situations, and then feeling the urge to kidnap her.
- Squeaking like a freaking lobster in boiling water when I couldn't get anyone's attention.
- And lastly, spending 48 hours with some of my favourite people in the world.

Listo Numero Dos - Camp Sunday:
- Dancing like a maniac in my living room with my wonderfully hilarious cousin whilst listening to Justin Bieber.
- Seeing my 'Uncle' Dean for the first time since August.
- Hearing of all of the miracles that went on at camp this summer.
- Making a Tim's run with JT and GT, and laughing our pants off when JT ordered a 'water on the rocks' and then received a cup full of cream. (Not even joking. This incident requires a detailed live telling).
- Driving home and drinking an Iced Cappuccino, realizing that I will inevitably be up until all hours of the night, blogging about my entire weekend, and not even being able to come close to capturing the pure awesome-ness of it.

Au revoir!
