So Far, So Great

My life is....

So unbelievably boring.
But! I do have a birthday party/sleepover to attend this weekend! And, of course, that will be fun. Dance Dance Revolution, cake, presents, (kittens), friends, music, partaaaaay!

I am seriously addicted to the Disney Channel. I don't HAVE that channel, but I watch any and all of the shows online. I do not know what it is about silly teenage drama that gets me hooked, but... It gets me hooked! And I'll just sit there and watch, like, ten episodes at a time! Something is wrong with me. I don't think I'll ever grow up.

Have you heard the new Demi Lovato CD? How about the Jonas Brothers new album? Well, I'll have you know that both are fabulous! It's actually unreal how much the musical style of these artists has changed. It used to be that every song sounded alike, and all of them included a ton of electric guitar riffs and hard rock beats. But now, Demi's new music has a more 80's pop and acid rock feel, while the Jonas brothers have taken on orchestral and brass combos. It is wonderful! I could listen to their stuff all day.

If only I was one of them... With the amount of songs I've written, I could have a complete album out by now. Maybe even two! But I guess you have to be "discovered" before you can get any sort of recognition. I'll never be a Taylor Swift or a Selena Gomez... But that doesn't mean I can't try!
