Discrete Math

There has never been a feeling as good as having a radical mathematical epiphany with two amazing peers after an annoying and monotonous day of school.

As K, M, and I sat in the cafeteria for a quick twenty minutes after school this afternoon - each of us utterly confused with one proof on our latest math assignment - I asked, "What if we factor out the 2ª?"

Following this statement there was much joy and celebration (and jumping around and hugging and awkward stares from non-nerdy cafeteria students).

It was a good day.

P.s. - My condolences to my dear friend whose cat died today of a drowning. In a pool. Don't laugh, it was sad. For real.
